The Web

 We had some lovely ice conditions on Aonach Mor today, wonderful first time placements all the way up the route – the stuff that Scotland is famous for. Poor old Jamie was struggling with an old hip injury so he turned around on the walk in. Mark and I abseiled into Easy Gully and then climbed The Web. We managed to catch the last gondola down before they closed it due to the high winds – all change tomorrow 🙁 A brilliant day though and thanks very much both.

Cuillin Ridge Traverse

Congratulations to Tom and Laura who have rounded off a fine week on Skye with a two day traverse of the Cuillin Ridge with Huw. They did every summit and all of the climbs with a chilly bivvy on Thursday night - a fantastic achievement on the greatest mountaineering expedition in the UK.
