Fresh snow on the tops

There was a fresh dusting of snow on the tops today and it was pretty wet as I drove to work up the Nant Ffrancon valley. Lisa, Robin and I chose to stay low to avoid the weather and headed into Cwm Tregallan via the Watkin Path. We looked at all things navigation and even enjoyed some afternoon sunshine. Rum enjoyed lots of fuss too 😀

Cuillin Ridge Traverse

Congratulations to Tom and Laura who have rounded off a fine week on Skye with a two day traverse of the Cuillin Ridge with Huw. They did every summit and all of the climbs with a chilly bivvy on Thursday night - a fantastic achievement on the greatest mountaineering expedition in the UK.
