Snowdonia Scrambling

I’ve been out with Richard today for a lovely day of scrambling. We headed up Cyrn Las scramble (2) onto the Clogwyn y Person Arête (3), sharing leads on the rope. We then traversed Crib Y Ddysgl (1) and Crib Goch (1), descending the East Ridge (1) so that we could traverse back into Cwm Glas on the Foxes Path as Richard had heard about it but not done it. A lovely day out where we stayed dry all day but had a bitterly cold wind.

Cuillin Ridge Traverse

Congratulations to Tom and Laura who have rounded off a fine week on Skye with a two day traverse of the Cuillin Ridge with Huw. They did every summit and all of the climbs with a chilly bivvy on Thursday night - a fantastic achievement on the greatest mountaineering expedition in the UK.
