Curved Ridge

We definitely had a route of two halves today as Laura, Tom and I climbed Curved Ridge on Buachaille Etive Mor. The lower half of the route was summer and as we gained height it was a very welcome return to winter. It’s only a dusting but it’s the start of the next round 😀 More wonderful mountaineering, light and cloud. Cuillin Ridge Traverse

Congratulations to Tom and Laura who have rounded off a fine week on Skye with a two day traverse of the Cuillin Ridge with Huw. They did every summit and all of the climbs with a chilly bivvy on Thursday night - a fantastic achievement on the greatest mountaineering expedition in the UK.
