Glencoe Scrambling

We are in Scotland this week. I’ve been out with Mark and Finn and we climbed Dinnertime Buttress and Dorsal Arete in Glencoe. We nipped over Stob Coire Nan Lochain to Bidean nam Bian and then round to Stob Coire nam Beith. The weather was sub optimal but we had a great day! Huw followed a similar itinerary with Kate and Stuart. Mega!

Congratulations to Tom and Laura who have rounded off a fine week on Skye with a two day traverse of the Cuillin Ridge with Huw. They did every summit and all of the climbs with a chilly bivvy on Thursday night - a fantastic achievement on the greatest mountaineering expedition in the UK.

Teaching winter mountaineering today with Fabio and Mark. It’s been a bit more blustery than of late so we stayed lower and got them on the sharp end in ascent and descent.
