Nice start to a winter skills weekend

 We're back in Scotland for February's round of winter courses and we've been greeted by good weather. Today with Evan, Simon, Peter and Mikey it's been day one of a Winter Skills Weekend which we spent on Aonach Mor. There was a good variety of snow types to travel on which made for a great learning environment for teaching the use of ice axe and crampons.

Cuillin Ridge Traverse

Congratulations to Tom and Laura who have rounded off a fine week on Skye with a two day traverse of the Cuillin Ridge with Huw. They did every summit and all of the climbs with a chilly bivvy on Thursday night - a fantastic achievement on the greatest mountaineering expedition in the UK.
