Gratinden

We headed up Gratinden today, setting off in some rain and having to navigate in some very limited visibility. Having reached the first summit we turned back from the second, the connecting ridge was icey and consequential so not for us today. As we descended the clouds cleared and we got some beautiful light and views down the fjord. Stunning.

Cuillin Ridge Traverse

Congratulations to Tom and Laura who have rounded off a fine week on Skye with a two day traverse of the Cuillin Ridge with Huw. They did every summit and all of the climbs with a chilly bivvy on Thursday night - a fantastic achievement on the greatest mountaineering expedition in the UK.
