Learning to lead climb

 We’ve had a mega day to end a brilliant week of climbing on our learn to lead course. We headed to Holyhead Mountain and refreshed some problem solving skills from yesterday as the crag dried off first thing. Then the boys lead half a dozen routes from VDiff to VS4c in the sunshine, making for a great team and cruising away like they’ve been leading trad for ever. Ace! Thanks very much Ben and Chris for a fantastic week.

Cuillin Ridge Traverse

Congratulations to Tom and Laura who have rounded off a fine week on Skye with a two day traverse of the Cuillin Ridge with Huw. They did every summit and all of the climbs with a chilly bivvy on Thursday night - a fantastic achievement on the greatest mountaineering expedition in the UK.
