Number Three Gully
A fantastic day on Ben Nevis today with Tom and Laura. It was lovely to see the fresh snow on the North Face as we walked in and we knew that the old snow that had survived the thaw would be well frozen. Icey boulders in the river by the CIC hut are always a good sign! As we gained height we pulled up above the clouds, enjoying crisp neve and some nice ice in Number Three Gully. The top out was incredible - we sat in the sun above a sea of clouds. Amazing - thanks very much both!
