East Ridge of Y Garn

 I’m out with Alex this week for three days of coaching on roped scrambling and multi pitch trad. We kicked off by sharing leads up the East Ridge of Y Garn before a bit of belay building on the Idwal Slabs. More beautiful sunshine and blue skies. Stunning.

Cuillin Ridge Traverse

Congratulations to Tom and Laura who have rounded off a fine week on Skye with a two day traverse of the Cuillin Ridge with Huw. They did every summit and all of the climbs with a chilly bivvy on Thursday night - a fantastic achievement on the greatest mountaineering expedition in the UK.
