Coaching Cohort

I’ve been working with Badminton Wales this weekend, part of a coaching cohort looking at dynamic decision making and decision making under pressure. After an evening session at Plas Menai last night we had some real decisions to make today as thunder and lightning rolled around the mountains. We delayed our start and elected to go climbing on the coast rather than scrambling in the mountains. It was great to be working with some elite level coaches and players and thankfully my badminton skills were in no way tested 😀 Thanks very much all.

Cuillin Ridge Traverse

Congratulations to Tom and Laura who have rounded off a fine week on Skye with a two day traverse of the Cuillin Ridge with Huw. They did every summit and all of the climbs with a chilly bivvy on Thursday night - a fantastic achievement on the greatest mountaineering expedition in the UK.
