 Day Three | Walkers Haute Route | We’ve had a change in the weather today and as I sit in Arolla it is raining hard outside of my hotel room window. We stayed dry whilst walking and enjoyed the lower temperature as we climbed from the Barrage de Dix over the Col du Riedmatten. The boys were flying along and we had an early lunch on the Col before dropping down to one of my favourite Alpine villages. It was here that I first explored the Alpine summits and so each peak holds many memories and a few stories 😀

Cuillin Ridge Traverse

Congratulations to Tom and Laura who have rounded off a fine week on Skye with a two day traverse of the Cuillin Ridge with Huw. They did every summit and all of the climbs with a chilly bivvy on Thursday night - a fantastic achievement on the greatest mountaineering expedition in the UK.
