WHR Week Two

 Walkers Haute Route | Week Two | Day One | We’ve been joined this week by Miriam, Lizzie, Sean, John, Rohit, Bob, Paul and Julia for the second half of the Walkers Haute Route. We kicked off at the Barrage de Moiry and are now in the beautiful village of Zinal having taken in the summit of Corne de Sorbois (2895m) along the way. We’ve had beautiful weather with sunshine and a cooling breeze giving a winning combination.

Cuillin Ridge Traverse

Congratulations to Tom and Laura who have rounded off a fine week on Skye with a two day traverse of the Cuillin Ridge with Huw. They did every summit and all of the climbs with a chilly bivvy on Thursday night - a fantastic achievement on the greatest mountaineering expedition in the UK.
