East Ridge of Beinn a Chaorainn

 I’m back in Scotland and out with Jon now for three days of winter mountaineering. We have had all seasons in one day today including some fresh snow and some wild winds. Our chosen route was the East Ridge of Beinn a Chaorainn which gave some shelter and an excellent day.

Teaching winter mountaineering today with Fabio and Mark. It’s been a bit more blustery than of late so we stayed lower and got them on the sharp end in ascent and descent.
