Lofoten Snowshoe Week

 I’m on Lofoten this week with Lynda, Jason, Mark and Fabio for our snowshoe week. We’ve had a stunning first day and made the most of it by climbing Ryten, a beautiful summit with stunning views and two White Tailed Eagles for company. Stunning.

Congratulations to Tom and Laura who have rounded off a fine week on Skye with a two day traverse of the Cuillin Ridge with Huw. They did every summit and all of the climbs with a chilly bivvy on Thursday night - a fantastic achievement on the greatest mountaineering expedition in the UK.

Teaching winter mountaineering today with Fabio and Mark. It’s been a bit more blustery than of late so we stayed lower and got them on the sharp end in ascent and descent.
