Notch Arete

 Another stunner with Nick and Clare today in the sunshine ☀️ We headed up Milestone, the continuation, the North Ridge and Notch Arete on Tryfan. Wonderful dry and grippy rock and the mountains felt quiet. Nice to bump into @snowdoniawalkclimb too.

Congratulations to Tom and Laura who have rounded off a fine week on Skye with a two day traverse of the Cuillin Ridge with Huw. They did every summit and all of the climbs with a chilly bivvy on Thursday night - a fantastic achievement on the greatest mountaineering expedition in the UK.

Teaching winter mountaineering

Teaching winter mountaineering today with Fabio and Mark. It’s been a bit more blustery than of late so we stayed lower and got them on the sharp end in ascent and descent.
